The build quality of the house is first class. It is clear that experienced craftsman have been used in the building of our house using quality materials. All through the building of the house and picking up the small number of snags, JJ Jones have been great at listening to what we want and sorting it out. Overall we can’t recommend JJ Jones enough. More affordable Homes for Connor Downs - Affordable housing projects had previously been built of for THF by J J Jones at Hayle, Mount Hawke and Connor Downs. These three projects had been for a total of 80 houses. So the companies had a well-established relationship. The last project had been the construction at Connor Downs of 11 affordable homes for sale to local people at affordable prices – in 2015. Once they had been completed adjoining residents commented that the appearance was extremely pleasant. So THF sought and obtained planning permission for a further scheme of 15 houses – this time to be rented houses for Coastline Housing Association. Construction commenced in 2016 and was completed on 12 May 2017. The project involved two key members of the J J Jones Team – Richard Cawley as the Site Manager and Owen Jenkin as the Contract Manager. It was one of those jobs that went well from start to finish. Richard Cawley ran a "tight ship" and J J Jones and its team of local West Penwith subcontractors delivered a quality which THF found to be of an extremely high standard. That is not to say that there were no problems to be solved along the way – but solutions were always found and implemented by J J Jones’s Team in a professional manner. So – THF were a happy client of J J Jones, Coastline was a happy owner of 15 new houses for local people, and the tenants were able to move into their brand new homes. All in all, a good result.
